Who am I
I’m Donnie—husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. A friend, pastor, mentor, brother, and a Home Lending Advisor with over 26 years of experience. I am someone who is passionate about helping people find their path to true joy, fulfillment, and their life’s purpose. The 10 keys I’ve developed were given to me through the Holy Spirit, my ghostwriter—He spoke it; I wrote it. These keys are designed to guide you toward your true purpose and help you uncover your passion.

Over the past 32 years, I’ve dedicated my life evangelizing at various homeless shelters, missions, San Quentin prison, county jails, juvenile halls, street ministry, and youth ministries and in my local church, where I’ve been called to serve for the past 22 years. During this time, I’ve been committed to empowering others and helping people become literate thought-provokers in both their financial well-being and their heavenly pursuits. This is who I am—someone deeply committed to growth, both for myself and for those I guide.​​
My Journey
​My journey began with a deep frustration—being sick and tired of having more month than money. I became disillusioned with the "Simon says" theatrical worship services that offer endless entertainment but fail to improve lives in any meaningful way. After COVID, I hoped this would change, but I’ve seen that the same old routine continues. This realization has only strengthened my resolve.​

This is who I am—a person who believes in transforming experiences into opportunities for real change. Together, we can put an end to what I call the “zombie church syndrome,” replacing empty activity with genuine spiritual and personal growth.
